Shipping and Delivery

How long until my orders are shipped?

Your orders should arrive from our Manila hub to its final destination within 3-5 shipping days.

COVID-19 Advisory: To limit contact and for the safety of our team, we ship every Mondays and Fridays. 

Which countries do you currently ship to?

Custom Mood ships to the Philippines nationwide. Here are our rates:

  • Within Metro Manila 
    • Regular Shipping (max of 3kg) - Php 80.00
    • Large Pack (max of 6kg) - Php 200.00
  • Outside Metro Manila 
    • Regular Shipping (max of 3kg) - Php 120.00
    • Large Pack (max of 6kg) - Php 250.00

We use Gogoxpress to ship our orders in the Philippines. Should your area be an area that is not covered by our main partner, your orders will be shipped via Ninjavan or LBC at no additional charge. 

International Shipping

We also currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea and Japan. 

International shipping rates from the Philippines applies. Rates are calculated upon check-out. Customer is responsible for any local duties and taxes applied in their countries. 

International Order Important Note:

unfortunately, we are not accepting International Orders for the time being. All International order made from August 1 to October 14, 2020 will be fulfilled.

How do I check the status of my orders?

  • You will be notified with a link to see that status of your orders. 
  • Once they have arrived in our Manila hub, we will pack and ready your orders. 
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification with your Gogoxpress or Ninjavan tracking details.

For on-hand products like our Studio collection & others

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification with your Gogoxpress or Ninjavan tracking details.

Please note that some items are of PRE-ORDER basis and have specific schedules. Although due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some delays to shipments from our suppliers to the Philippines. We will always keep you updated should there be any changes in our schedules.
