Shipping and Delivery

How long until my orders are shipped?

From December 19, 2020 onwards, the ETA from our Korea hub to our Manila hub for all orders made after this date will be 7-14 Days after payment verification and/or release date. Then please allow us within 7 days or less to ship out your item with our local courier partners. 

For orders made before December 19, 2020, please continue to expect arrival of your orders based on our advisory and email updates. Thank you. 

Which countries do you currently ship to and how much?

Custom Mood ships to the Philippines nationwide and is based on the weight of the items. All our rates are inclusive of protective packaging to ensure your items are safe during their journey to its final destinations. 

Here are our rates:

  • Metro Manila

    • Regular Box (0kg–0.99kg) - ₱120.00
    • Medium Box (1kg–3kg) -  ₱180.00
    • Large Box (3.1kg–4.99kg) - ₱350.00
    • X-Large Box (5kg - 10kg) - ₱450.00

     

  • Outside Metro Manila

    • Regular Box (less than 1kg) - ₱200.00
    • Medium Box (1kg–3kg) - ₱280.00
    • Large Box (3.1kg–4.99kg) -  ₱450.00
    • X-Large Box (5kg - 10kg) - ₱650.00

    We use Gogoxpress or Ninjavan to ship our orders in the Philippines. Should your area be an area that is not covered by our main partner, your orders will be shipped via LBC at no additional charge. 

    International Shipping

    We also currently ship to the following countries:

        • Asia - Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Macao SAR China, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam 
        • US/EUR/AUS/UK/CAN - United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Canada, United States, New Zealand.

    International shipping rates from the Philippines applies. Rates are calculated upon check-out. Customer is responsible for any local duties and taxes applied in their countries. 

    All International Orders are shipped out using UPS. 

    International Order Important Note:

    unfortunately, we are not accepting International Orders for the time being. All International order made from August 1 to October 14, 2020 will be fulfilled.

    How do I check the status of my orders?

    For all pre-order items, click here

    • You will be notified with a link to see that status of your orders. 
    • Once they have arrived in our Manila hub, we will pack and ready your orders. 
    • You will receive an email or SMS notification with your Gogoxpress or Ninjavan tracking details.

    For on-hand products like our Studio collection & others

    • You will receive an email or SMS notification with your Gogoxpress or Ninjavan tracking details.
