Here's a quick guide on how to join our Pop Market Pre-Orders. As of the moment, we are doing this per batch and all items are subject to availability. Eventually, we hope to have these on-hand and ready to ship in the future.

Important Notes before we get started! Make sure to read these!
* By ordering, you have read, understood and accepted the terms and guidelines of our pre-orders.
- There may be chances where stocks may easily run out from our suppliers especially for limited edition items.
- Some official merchandise is limited to a few slots per batch. This is to manage everyone’s expectations on delivery timelines and availability.
- If an item runs out with our suppliers before or after the pre-order period ends, a full refund will be given to the customer or they can opt to refund this as store credit which they can use for their next purchase.

How to Order:
- Simply Add to Cart the items you want to pre-order then check-out
- Payments shall also be completed upon check-out of the items. We will only be accepting paid orders within the given timeframe.
- You do not need to send in your proof of payment to us. Your Paymongo transaction receipt serves as your payment proof.
- If you wish to check if your payment went through, please message us on our Facebook page with your CM Order Number (ex: CM001) and Name
- You will be sent a unique and secured Bux.PH Payment link which you can use to pay via Over The Counter, Online Banking or G-Cash securely.
- A transaction receipt from Bux.Ph will be sent to you for successful transactions
- Please note the these payments links have expiry dates, usually at the end of each pre-order schedule.
- Once you have initiated your payment process, please note of the expiry timelines per method:
- Over the Counter Payments: within 2 Days
- Web Banking: within 60 mins
- G-Cash: within 60 mins
- Please send us your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org only. Use the subject “PAYMENT CONFIRMATION - Order Confirmation Number”
- Once the pre-order period is closed, please expect delivery and ETA to our Manila hub within 2-3 weeks depending on courier schedules.
- We will be updating all buyers via e-mail/SMS with regard to the progress of the orders. You will be able to track items via the link to be provided to you.
- Upon the arrival of the goods in Manila, please give us at least 3 to 5 days to organize everything before we ship out your orders to your respective shipping addresses.
- For faster transactions, please ensure that you complete all your details upon check-out including your contact number, email address, and complete address.
Timeline is subject to change if need to adjust schedule due to certain circumstances. All in GMT +8 timezone or Philippines time.
