Important Notes before we get started! Make sure to read these!
New Pre-Order Guidelines will apply for orders made from December 19, 2020 onwards. All orders included from Batch 1 to 7 and Special pre-orders will continue to be shipped out and delivered.
* By ordering, you have read, understood and accepted the terms and guidelines of our pre-orders.
- We do not accept cash on delivery at Custom Mood. We’re hoping to be able to offer this option in the future.
- There may be chances where stocks may easily run out from our suppliers especially for limited edition items.
- Some official merchandise is limited to a few slots per batch. This is to manage everyone’s expectations on delivery timelines and availability.
- Cancellation of orders is on a case to case basis. There will be no cancellation of paid orders after the pre-order period. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION CM#”
- If an item runs out with our suppliers before or after the pre-order period ends, a full refund will be given to the customer or they can opt to refund this as store credit which they can use for their next purchase.
- Upon order, we can hold the item for 5 days before it gets automatically cancelled then you would need to re-order again.

Custom Mood’s Batch system will end after Batch 7. We will now follow the new pre-order system below which means you’ll get a more personalized updates about your order.

- ETA is 2-3 weeks from the date order is placed and payment is verified
- Applies to all products in Custom Mood (except Creator and Studio Merch)
- For new releases, items will be shipped out after official release date
- This applies for major releases or those bundled with a promotion partnership

How to Order:
- Just add the products that you want to pre-order and click check-out after.
- Complete your details then select your preferred Payment and Shipping Method.
- Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation with your CM#
For Paypal / Credit / Debit Card
- Your payments are automatically logged in our system and will be verified automatically
For G-Cash / Paymaya / Bank Deposit / Over the Counter
- Once your payment is made, kindly fill out and upload your transaction slips/screenshots in our verification form.

How to check your order status?
We’ve made a brand new order tracking page where you can see the exact journey of your orders. Just key in your CM Order Number and Email address used to get the full details.

Upon the arrival of the goods in Manila, please give us at least 7 working days to organize everything before we ship out your orders to your respective shipping addresses.
For faster transactions, please ensure that you complete all your details upon check-out including your contact number, email address, and complete address.
