  • Ideally, we are hoping that all orders placed are final. However, should you need to cancel your orders, please send the request to

How long does my refund reflect back into my account?

  • For credit/debit card payments, it will take around 2-10 banking days to be reflected. For non-card payments, it will take around 5-7 banking days for us to send it back to your designated/authorized bank account.
