What are your payment modes?
- We currently accept Debit/Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa) secured by PayMongo, Bank Deposit (Unionbank, BPI, RCBC) and G-Cash via Bux.PH

Do you accept reservations before each pre-order batch/group?
- Unfortunately, no. We have turned down many requests for this but we'd like to be fair to all fans who would like to purchase the items as well.
What if I order another item from Custom Mood, will it be shipped first?
- Ideally, we will pack the orders together due to the shipping fees paid upon ordering. But customers can request for it, however additional shipping fees apply. You can request this at email@example.com
What if I want to cancel my pre-order?
- Ideally, we are hoping that all orders placed are final. However, should you need to cancel your orders, please send the request to firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does my refund reflect back into my account?
- For credit/debit card payments, it will take around 2-10 banking days to be reflected. For non-card payments, it will take around 5-7 banking days for us to send it back to your designated/authorized bank account.
